I had a wonderful 5 days stay at the Hyatt Centric Leven Istanbul. The hotel was super clean. The amenities were amazing especially the gym. And the staff, especially the front desk staff Mr. Mehmet, go above and beyond to fulfill customers’ requests and issues. Definitely when I come back to Istanbul I will stay at Hyatt Centric.

Outstanding customer service, as always! The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and respectful, and they always go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained, and provides a comfortable, relaxing stay every time. Great location with major shopping malls minutes away. I would highly recommend it to anyone and look forward to returning again.

I stayed lot of hotels in Istanbul. Be honest to you all the best hotel Hyatt Centric. The reason why, rooms larger big square feet. Everything is newly. Views amazing. Friendly and professional staff. Specially her name is Durdane. Was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Very good hotel and excellent location. Metro is 2 min walk. Hotel breakfast is overpriced BUT there is so many GOOD food places near by !!

The room was wonderful and staff very helpful. They helped us know how to navigate the public transportation and got us a cab quickly when we needed. Breakfast was tasty and good variety.

Traveled again for business with family and the hospitality remains to the highest of standards great hotel with absolutely fantastic staff and the house keeper who was really nice and friendly who made the room sparkling everyday, hyatt centric levent is highly recommended for business, family or any sort of trips. Special thank you to all the staff members who are incredible. Will see you all soon.
