The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Good water pressure and water temps. The room furniture showed some significant signs of wear. Well insulated for sounds with no noticable noise from the hall or other rooms. And if you're planning on trying to do laundry-plan on waiting for many hours to find one of the 2 machines on the property available. Good location a couple blocks from Hakata station with lots of dining options nearby.

Very nice hotel and property. It had a nice bar and restaurant in the same building. Good breakfast. Air condition and temperature were well-controlled.

Good location. Walking distance to Hakata station where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very tasty.

Hotel is nice on the outside. It is quite new. The room is quite small though for 3 people. Breakfast is interesting. Beside the usual buffet, you can also order their special.
