I would like to start by saying that I am immensely disappointed in our experience and I will not be coming back. First and foremost, the make or break of any vacation: the food. Our al la carte experience was excellent however the buffet was wearing after the third day… the same lukewarm dishes served again and again. This would not be an issue if we could visit any of the other eateries present in the complex, however we could not do so without an extreme fee. This was not made clear on the website, and if it WAS present in plaintext, it was nowhere clear or easy to see. Branching off of that, our resort itself was devoid of any and all activities with the exception of those at night. Yes, we are here to vacation and relax, but we can only do so much laying around. the night time events were fun, but ultimately, still just sitting. We paid for an excursion which was lovely and honestly the highlight of the trip. Part of the draw to Mexico are the beaches, however our section of beach was so small and so packed with chairs that I didn’t really get to enjoy any aspect of it. The service was subpar for a self proclaimed 5 star resort. The bar and waiting staff were excellent however the room service was minimal. Despite tipping everyday, some days even extra, our mini bar was never restocked, our floors were never cleaned well (a dead cockroach was in the room for a few days before i decided to take it into my own hands). Again, I reiterate, I will NOT be coming back here.

This was an incredible stay. We travelled with a 3mo and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and safe. Loved this property. The room was clean, food was nice, the pool was super fun with lots of activities throughout the day and a family friendly environment. My only tip would be to go to the buffet early so you don't have to worry about lineups. Even though we got to the buffet late a few times, it wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend

Everything here was amazing and very pleasant and easy to access, I can only complain that there wasn’t much variety on the food in the buffet and the taxi prices are very high when you can catch a shuttle outside about 500% cheaper and the air conditioning in the room wasn’t that cold, but as far as service it was top tier very kind and helpful ppl and it’s very beautiful and clean they are on top of it ! I would say 8.5/10

If you guys do more activity in the afternoon would be better one more thing the fruits you have to improve more

The rooms were clean and the place is lovely wouldn’t recommend if you are black the staff aren’t going to be as attentive to your needs as other races. The entertainment there is also very hard to find so keep that in mind. Perfect place if you are not looking to get off the resort.
