One staff member was particularly helpful organising an early checkin for us. Another member of staff with a nose ring and a gothic style was not helpful at all and rude. When asking for a late checkout, something that is available if a member, it was dismissed as not available without checking the hotel system. This member of staff spoiled the experience of the stay in complete contrast to the previous helpful and pleasant colleague.

The room was a good size (2 doubles) The layout was ok but no privacy between the 2 doubles Storage was minimal for hanging clothes The pillows and bed were comfortable The bathroom was not the best, it was usable but did not feel luxurious in the slightest The shower was old and worn

Very Good and varied breakfast, pleasant dining room, comfortable beds, relatively pleasant room, slightly dim lighting, excellent heating, but no mirrors in the room. Nice and basic shower room. The hotel itself is modern, elegant and very pleasant. Excellent location!!

Overall, staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was fantastic. However, the hotel property itself didn’t feel up to a four-star standard and the breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel is nice and well located, though quite busy. The room was rather small, and the sound insulation could be improved — noise from the hallway was audible even at night. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. However, the towels are quite worn and should be replaced. The staff are nice and helpful.

Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. The bar was always quiet. Maybe it would be good if there was some form of entertainment in the evening. This way maybe people would stay in the hotel and utilise the bar. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.
