Awesome view of river and city from our room. But carpet could use a good cleaning and need new desk. All the staff was very nice though.

This is a classic Chicago hotel. Location, location, location. Perfect. Close to tons of activities. Great beds. Nice rooms. Got $25 vouchers for meals at restaurant next door and it was great. Added them on during checkout for $0

Breakfast is next door and gratuity is not included. Excellent location. Staff very helpful and considerate. Able to drop off bags before checkin. Would definitely rebook at this hotel again
