Room was okay - not super clean and not accurate to the photos. The area was loud on week day mornings - around 4 AM we could here vans being unloaded out front.

Perfect location with everything you need within a walkable distance, including the bus and train station. The staff was very friendly, room was perfect size and clean with everything working great, and the restaurant was great also.

The hotel is simple but that’s really all you need in Galway. Housekeeping made sure I had water and towels daily even if I didn’t require service. However, the staff in the restaurant are hit and miss. Had a fantastic bartender one night, and then around noon the next day i sat at the bar for 20min before walking out because nobody that walked by even acknowledged me. You’ll also overhear staff talking about their nights out and how hungover they are. If this doesn’t bother you, whatever. Was just a bit unprofessional in my opinion. Decent place to stay in walking distance to all locations and tour pickups are nearby. Would stay again, but probably wouldn’t bother with the restaurant.
