Terrible! One of the elevators was broken and because of that issue, everyone was trying to use the one working elevator at the same time going up or down. We waited 45 minutes to bring our luggage down to our car. Breakfast hours need to extend the time. Majority of the guests like to wake up at the same time for breakfast which causes chaos in the self service/ seating area. It’s overcrowded in that small area. The beds were very squeaky. The rooms were hot. Throughout the whole night the air conditioning didn’t turn on once. So the whole night of our stay was very hot and uncomfortable. We will not be staying here again.

Room was clean and modern. I don’t think the gym is free. Cleaning persons did an excellent job straightening up our room and made our bed with our kids’ blankets and stuffies, making it look really special like a cruise ship. Breakfast was decent for being included; I can’t complain. Standard check-out is late 12pm no need to ask for an extra hour. This is our second time staying here and will be coming back in the future. Also, the coffee is really good; I drink it black and thoroughly enjoyed it. They have premade and a grind-and-pour machine for 24-hour use.
