This is a really cute hotel on top of a coffee shop. The rooms are the perfect size, enough for all of your things and purchases. The location is in between Rue de Rivoli and the Opera, with about 4 Metro lines within a 5 minute walking distance. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was there at the end of April and the AC was not on in the building yet, but the hotel provided a fan and that helped a lot.

The AC wasn’t functional until May so run got a bit stuffy at night. I was given a fan so that helped. The location was excellent! I couldn’t have asked for better! The room would have been even better if there was a coffee maker or kettle.

The location is superb, literally minutes away from the Louvre, the Seine, and the Opera House, by walk. A great variety of restaurants are steps away from the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is tidy
