Fresh towels, clean room and great air conditioning. Laundry is available 24 hours and accessible floor level machines, Didn't avail myself to the hotel cane's breakfast and other meals as there are plenty of choices outside.

It was a decent hotel and the location was great for tours, which is probably why there were so many foreigners. If you want to stay somewhere less touristy, don’t stay here or in Jeju city. However, this hotel is super close to the airport, so it was great for an early departure flight.

It was strange, we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, but they told us we couldn’t use the swimming pool. Very weird. I didn’t see a single person in the pool for the whole stay. They said you pay extra for the pool. Stupid policy!

When we checked in the receptionist couldn’t answer simple questions, his english was too poor and he didn’t know anything about the surroundings. He told us we are not aloud to go to the swimming pool neither to have breakfast without having answered if we would have wished to. No bar available in the evening! It’s the first hôtel where I've been where I see such a thing. Very tempting on the pictures but so deceiving in live!

Busy hotel. Could hear the airport. It was good for one night, but glad we didn't base our stay on the island from here.
