Air conditioning was not working Memorial Day Weekend….. they said it would be working on Tuesday?!?

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a good size, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is a big plus—only about 10 minutes from Disney, making it really convenient. There’s also on-site parking available for a reasonable fee, which I found very helpful. The room included a kettle for making tea and coffee, which was a nice touch, and there was a good selection of TV channels for entertainment. One thing to note is that room service isn’t automatically provided unless you request it. The only downside was that the room felt quite warm, and I couldn’t get the air conditioning working (if there was any), which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel as a great value-for-money option, especially given its location and amenities.

Check in and check out easy and staff very friendly. Room was really clean and exactly what we needed. Beds were really comfy. Breakfast was superb. Buffet style with huge variety of choices including hot food. Great location close to Disneyland. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Disappointing Breakfast Experience 19/08/2025 We stayed here and we recently visited restaurant for breakfast and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff were not polite or welcoming, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere from the start. What made it worse was that even though we had paid for breakfast, we were not allowed to have enough food. It felt restrictive and unfair, especially considering it was included in the price. I expected better service and a more hospitable environment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and the breakfast offering for future guests. Note Front office staffs were superb.

Superb value for money hotel. Spotless room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff and superb location and public transport to Disneyland.

Practical - close to RER

I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay

10 minutes from train. Near a nice neighborhood. Close to a supermarket, McDonalds, Bakery. Hotel needs an update on carpet, shower was quite small, and hot. I had to ask for a fan. Staff was nice and overall good.
