Staff on reception were very helpful and pleasant. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was very good with an excellent choice. Parking was available on street and also in the hotels underground car park. We would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location to walk to Pedro Zorrilla Stadium or to Valladolid City Center. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Easy to check-in, room type was not as booked to had to be sorted. Didn't make use of the pool or restaurant. Bar was closed when we returned at night.

Hotel is dog friendly, but can’t take them anywhere in the hotel or the grounds. Which was a little disappointing. Rooms was clean. Surprisingly quiet. Limited room service menu
