Pool area looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down. Area does not appear to be safe with a strong smell of urine outside of the hotel. Food in hotel (both breakfast and dinner) are good.

First time in Brazil, and this hotel was a nice hotel. I enjoyed the proximity to dining, beach, shopping, etc. I would've paid more for a nicer room, but I didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Rooftop pool and bar was a plus and so was the buffet style breakfast downstairs! 9/10 recommend.

The bedroom was really clean, but the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Some of the staff were the nicest, most helpful people, but some just acted like I wasn't standing right in front of them. The breakfast had a very nice spread of pastries, but I was a little disappointed with the hot options. It was always the same hot options, and that got very tiring. My biggest complaint was the thin walls. I was roomed right next to some office, and there was some alarm going off pretty consistently. But I could frequently hear people talking in the hallways too. It was just a loud room, which was disappointing. The AC did work well though. The room had blackout curtains that actually worked. Also, the location was pretty great! Right next to a supermarket, the subway, and the beach!

We are very disappointed that we had a extremely bad stay in this hotel as the air conditioning didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work, the worst part is the room is extremely stinky, it’s so bad my friend even had an asthma attack. When they moved us to a different room the next day, the toilet didn’t work. The hotel is not the condition as it is advertised at all!

Checkin procedure ridiculous. Room was downgraded from what I booked (Booked 1 large bed and got two twins). Room was clean. Wifi worked. Very good location. Breakfast and restaurant OK.

Great front desk staff lovely pool and the breakfast is amazing

The hotel is quite busy since there is lots of guests, breakfast was very good with good selection of food. Pool is kind of small.
