Staff were helpful and very polite. Air condition worked very well

The location, cleanliness, helpful staff and breakfast, all of this was excellent. Will not hesitate to stay there again.

Great staff, great location great hotel can easily walk to Disneyland Paris, use free bus shuttle taxi or train.

Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, so clean, everything we needed. The air con was amazing! The bar area was nice, service a little bit slow. One issue we had was in happy hour cocktails €7 and mocktail €5 so we order 1 cocktail & 2 mocktaols of the month plus another cocktail. My husband paid the bill and when I checked it the only 1 cocktail was reduced. When I asked the bar staff they said they didn't know why and didn't understand why and went to ask a manager. They returned saying cocktail/mocktail of the month wasn't included in happy hour. Not really sure why. Had we known this we would have picked something else.

Wonderful hotel and friendly English-speaking staff

Room was ready an hour earlier than check-in time which was great. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Disney parks but we found the subway to be more convenient since it was just two of us. Hotel seems new and modern, and the A/C worked well. I would stay here again.

Bien situé, déjeuner tres bon

Lovely breakfast, spacious rooms and the check in staff are extremely helpful and were fantastic with the requirements we have for our child who has special needs. They kept his food in a fridge for us, so we had ease knowing his needs were supported.
