3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app was not working 5- gust relations: are gust no relation : except for Delacruz..food was plenty and tons of variety but without taste —- I came to experience Turkish food —- it is more so as commercial no taste food … what a shame ! A waste of money … And absolutely bad impression about this resort .. will not do it again ..

This place exceeded my expectations and always friendly staff clean rooms. Cleans surroundings. Delicious foods and breathtaking views of the ocean. This is my first trip, but I will definitely come back.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding—the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Combined with the fantastic overall conditions and relaxing atmosphere, it was the perfect experience. Highly recommended!

The resort was very nice, with a beautiful environment. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great time as a family. The one issue that really bothered us was the mattresses in our room. Both the double bed and the single bed were extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be in very poor condition. My wife and I developed severe back pain during our stay and were only able to sleep for about 2–3 hours each night because of the mattresses. I would recommend that the hotel management or housekeeping regularly inspect the mattresses and beds to ensure they are in good condition for future guests. Replacing worn-out mattresses would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
