Our family of four (two parents, two kids) stayed here and found it just okay. It feels a bit outdated (small TV, older cabinetry) and was not as clean as we found other properties in Switzerland to be. Restaurant staff seemed green. Airport shuttle was frequent and reliable.

This is a very old and tired property. Old carpets, dark hallways, heavily beat up surfaces in room. Breakfast was dramatically overpriced for a very average hotel breakfast. Clearly this hotel is surviving on demand from stranded airport travelers or conference goers. Shuttle is only if you call, which hotel does not communicate anywhere. Travelers should call when they have bags rather than waiting indefinitely at the shuttle stand.
