We had a room w lounge access. We loved our stay: amazing staff, excellent food, nice large pool, nice modern rooms. We would come here again anytime. A wonderful hotel

Très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix pour un standard nord-américain. Service toujours impeccable, sourire et gentillesse hors norme. On m’a offert un déjeuner avec accès au salon inclus pour tout après midi et soirée avant 21h. Le seul bémol est l’ordinateur libre accès qui n’est pas connecté à l’internet malheureusement.

The hotel claimed they are eco friendly to reduce environmental impact. But instead of providing liquid soap, they provide bar soap. I have stayed in this hotel many times and feedback on this issue since 2023. The hotel should ask the house keeping staff to take note of how many bar of soap was thrown away every month. The service is beyond excellent: very professional, friendly, and polite. Mr. Adzki and Mr Arief are very helpful, they go above and beyond with their service. Mr Henri drove us around during our stay and very patience and trustworthy. We always have great experience staying at the Marriott, and Yogyakarta Marriott is so far the best.

Not much of an opinion. Firstly, we arrived at 3:15pm and had to wait 10 minutes to check in. Then were informed that no room was available and that we would have to wait 20 minutes which ended up being 10 minutes however very disappointing. Breakfast on 2 mornings we had to wait 15 minutes for seating then due to high volume of people the food selection was at a minimum. Concierge and bell boys were just to overpowering and persistent in wanting to assist. even when we expressed our wish to manure our own luggage they still persisted, very annoying.
