The room is clean, the staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. The air conditioning is really good in the room. The breakfast in the morning are ok, if you are not used to eating a lot of carbs, it is not for you.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. The room was clean and aircon worked well. the staffs were accomodating. Their breakfasts buffet wae excellent.

The hotel's location is very central in the city, adjacent to two malls and the city market. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Our room is clean and well-stocked with basic amenities, and has a slight view of the volcano (lava flow visible at night). If there's one thing I can point out for improvement, it's that the electricity in the room requires a key card to be activated. Therefore, you would need to request a second card, especially if you plan to leave the refrigerator running while you are away from the room.
