Clean comfortable room, 10 mins walk from waverley station, 5 min walk from Edinburgh Playhouse. Tall cooling fan, iron and board in wardrobe. Kettle, tea and coffee in room. Aaron

Central for the theatre, StJames centre, restaurants, Princess Street. Has a nice bar within hotel also. Loved my stay there and will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, with lots of lovely touches only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Staff couldn't do anything more to make our stay amazing. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely stay again

Tram traffic can be a hindrance for sleep but stops late night to early am. Noise penetration between rooms is an issue otherwise excellent venue

The hotel room we stayed had a fabulous view over Edinburgh towards tge Firth of Forth. It was however far too expensive for what was on offer. Bar closed and very little choice of tea, etc in the room

This is a cute property with excellent staff. The price is very reasonable for being in the downtown area of the city. For being on a busy road right by the bus station, it wa surprisingly quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining options and within walking distance to Edinburgh castle. 10/10 I would gladly stay there again.

Great location and can walk to all the attractions in Edinburgh. No elevator is a tough haul with suitcases. Appreciated the anniversary card and gift. Staff are very helpful.
