Clean and comfortable room, easy parking, friendly staff, good food and stuff in the restaurant, very close to the Main Street and Yellowstone entrance. We are excited and definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

I loved this hotel! There were several features that made it perfect for our family of five. I appreciated the large bunk bed. The indoor pool was amazing and has a huge water slide! Unfortunately it wasn’t working two of the days of our trip. There were a couple other issues with the elevator, ice machine & one of the dryers being down. This hotel could really benefit from their employees highlighting all the different amenities at check in. There wasn’t anything letting us know about the laundry room, gym (with free massage chairs!), game room or the water slide. We only discovered those things on our own. The onsite restaurant had yummy burgers and offered “picnic” lunches if you ordered the night before. We took advantage of that one day and it made for a much smoother day, where we didn’t have to find food when everyone was hungry. Overall, great location, great amenities but they could improve the welcome process and make sure the hotel is fully working for guests.

Swimming pool shut down two days, my kids very upset.

My restroom was not clean when I checked in. There was hair in the shower, so I reported it to the front desk. They told me they would have someone come clean the restroom, but no one ever did. They also never offered to move us to another room. When I reported the issue again at checkout, I was simply told they were sorry, but there wasn’t much they could do because I booked through a third-party website. Regardless of how I booked, I expected a clean room and better customer service.

Our grandson age 9!enjoyed the pool with the slide immensely. Having the restaurant with such great food attached was a very big plus
