The hotel is well located and functional. There is Walmart supermarket within the building complex which makes it very convenient for incidentals. The property is clean and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is OK but not as varied as the one at sister property in Merida. Good enough for a one day stay. Reasonably priced, especially when considering prices in Cancun. My room had a view of the lagoon, but the window could use a good wash to really enjoy it. Overall, the property met my needs and I would consider staying there again.

Stayed there for a quick business visit. Clean room, great staff, and the amenities included everything I needed for a short stay. There's a Walmart and coffee shop right next to the hotel which adds even more convenience and a huge mall a couple of blocks away. The area is safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All of the staff were so helpful! Everything was very clean and it’s also in a great location. I hope I can come back soon. I didn’t have enough time there or in all of Cancun
