Thé Wi-Fi only worked in reception. Thé lavatory doesn’t seem to have been cleaned in years, is bleach à restricted substance. Breakfast was good.

Toilet could have done with a good clean, the push button was broken Staff very helpful. Breakfast good but basic, good value for money.

Overall good but wrong location on GPS

We known this is a place just to stopover for a night rest but, the management could be a bit more proud, the all place stinks, the rooms are so dirty, air conditioning not working and light bulbs that are just loose and don’t work. The bed was quite comfortable but pillows are so small that is like sleeping without it. Bath towels 😳😳😳 so small that if you cover your back you can see the front and the other way around. Well, we have stayed in this hotel chain a few times and unfortunately is getting worse. Never again.

This hotel was super convenient for the rugby at the stadium which was less than a 20 minute walk for us. Main area of feedback is we were unable to use the self check in machine as it refused all our cards, thanks to a lady who was outside smoking we were given an emergency number to call this was resolved quickly. Room was basic but did the job for the 2 nights were were there, could of used more than one pillow each for comfort. Location wise its a bit in the middle of nowhere, if you are going to the stadium it is ideal but for Bordeaux itself you will need to walk about 15 mins to the Tram stop. The public transport is great around bordeaux
