Fantastisk
Staff was so polite and informative, and was able to provide everything I needed. Check in and out was smooth and room was always freshly clean when I got back. Would stay again!

Hotel is part of the University system. Convenient to Waverley Station and other city sites. Clean, modern rooms with a good breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful and we even got a slightly earlier check in. There was no lift so we got plenty of exercise up to the third floor! There were building works/emptying of bottle bank, so a little noisy when there in the morning. Very good location with shops/bars and the lovely Richmond Cafe close by. Also close to attractions such as St Cecilia’s Music museum, the Pathology Exhibition, the Edinburgh Gin Experience and Chocolatarium. Love Edinburgh, will be back and would 100% stay at this hotel again, highly recommended.

Amazing upgrade when I requested, top staff service from staff. Couldn't have been nicer, got a late check out also. Walking distance to the city centre, bed so comfy. Top quality, would stay again!

Very clean, room a bit small, a wee bit of a walk from the center of Edinburgh. Saying all that the staff were very friendly too and I would return.

Very noisy if in one of the rooms at the back and there is no lift to be prepared to walk various flights of stairs. Breakfast lovely and good choice and staff very friendly
