Both George and Hercules were fabulous concierge. They made our comfort and relaxation a priority. We spent time getting to know both gentleman and enjoyed their knowledge and passion for both their work at the property and the island of Santorini. The accommodations were perfect and felt very warm and inviting. Highlight is the beautifully prepared and served daily breakfast overlooking the caldera. Don't underestimate the amount of food. You'll have a full belly until later in the afternoon. Definitely check your Expedia messages before arrival. George reached out and I didn't see his message prior to check-in. We took an over priced and uncomfortable shared bus from the ferry to the property and walked up a big cobblestone hill with our luggage after the driver dropped us off far from the property. We were unnecessarily grouchy when we arrived (although we appreciated the exercise and funny memory afterwards). George fully did his part in reaching out to arrange both transportation from the ferry port and assistance with our luggage upon arrival- I just missed it. Would return to Pantelia Suites again for sure.

The staff are very attentive. Location is excellent: a quiet spot to take in the beauty of the caldera but close to everything you need! Breakfast was a highlight for us. Comfortable, clean, and cool rooms. The pool was refreshing! A place we will definitely refer others to on their travels.

Our stay at Pantelia suites was fantastic. The views were amazing, the breakfast on our private terrace overlooking the caldera were breathtaking and our suite was huge. It felt like an apartment. It was only a short walk from shops and dining. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is in a perfect location! Closed to all but away from the noise and party scene! Hercules in the front desk was beyond helpful! Gave us a map, gave us the best tips as to where to go, what to see near the hotel as far as landmarks and times! He also helped us set up transfers and went above and beyond! The hotel is beautiful! I had the most beautiful room! The view was beyond expectations and the sunset view was amazing!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay — truly a 10+ experience from start to finish. George & Heracles were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. They were incredibly helpful with recommending amazing restaurants that offered both spectacular views and delicious food. They also handled all of our transportation arrangements seamlessly making traveling stress-free and easy. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very welcoming. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. One of our favorite parts was enjoying delicious breakfasts each morning on the rooftop terrace while taking in the breathtaking views of the sea and the caldera. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini and would gladly stay there again!

Amazing!

George provided great service. Very nice and helpful, Wifi was fine and shuttle service early in the morning to the airport was punctual and excellent. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We spent only one nigth, the hotel location is EXCELLENT! close to all shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and smelled really good, check in was quick and easy, very friendly, gave us tips on how to see Santorini in such a short time. The view from the hotel is breathtaking!! Breakfast was delcious, we will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
