The staff were amazing. We hiked the TMB and were able to leave our bags with the concierge. The apartment suites had high end appliances and were amazingly functional and comfortable. The spa was delightful and very clean.

We stayed at the apartments. There is also the hotel separate from the apartments. Location is perfect, right next to the cable car and close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and furnished with everything needed. Very quiet as well. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and worked well for 3 adults.

Apartment was lovely, but not suitable for 6 people. I usually stay in the hotel with my family, but limited availability so went for an apartment instead. You dont get that same Heliopic experience and small shower room and 1 loo with no sink, not sufficient
