We only stayed here for the afternoon/evening as we had a late flight and needed somewhere to store our bags and have a shower before our flight home. But checking in was easy, staff were amazing, room was sufficient for what we needed. Very basic, but we actually said we would come and stay for the price and what you got, with a pool. Not much more you can ask with a great location to everything we wanted to be close to.

This hotel is situated close to the shops and the beach. The bed is comfortable with plenty of soft pillows which we really liked. The staff at the reception are all kind and helpful. One negative thing i noticed is that the towels are really old. Over all, this is a nice hotel which is budget friendly. Will stay here again.

The rooms were ok, clean, air-con was noisy, staff were ok, pool area a bit disappointing, water freezing and kids play area very poor as to what was shown in the photos advertising the hotel, breakfast very poor to what was expected, location was good and close to Legian amenities.

Not happy only having one room key for first few days, I booked a double room for two people and was told there’s only one key because they’re busy and don’t have any spare, very inconvenient!! The shower had to be fixed because it wouldn’t stay in place and wouldn’t stop dripping after turning off the taps. Water pressure was weak too! Other than that it was comfortable.
