I was going to give this place a 5 star review until this morning when the manager showed up not being professional with her guest as if we were bothering her. I wanted to book an extra night. She wanted to charge me more than Expedia and challenged me to do it which I already told her I did. Went back to the front desk. She would t give me the same room the upgraded me to for free. And told me I had to check out and come back 2 hours later after her front desk person. Told me 1 hour. So I would not recommend this place until she is fired. Period. I book with Expedia and also work with corporate because I have Jane rentals and this is unprofessional business

This hotel is always welcoming and friendly. Staff at the restaurant reception are friendly and professional! Joy the receptionist assisted me and was friendly! I will be back certainly!

My choice of hotel in Pattaya! Yes there are issues here and there but overall it is a good hotel for the Money! Staff is always great, breakfast is excellent! If it was my Hotel I would make the breakfast area on the top floor.
