Comfy bed. Small room but it has all the basics. Felt safe in the hotel. Helpful staff, specifically Yigit. Would stay here again.

Great location with everything close by — shops, restaurants, and transport were all within walking distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short trip. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a convenient stay for a few days

We originally booked at the Santa Fe, but apparently our room had been damaged by a previous occupant. The owner met us and moved us to a different hotel he owns very close by which was quite nice. I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms at the Santa Fe since we never saw them, but I did want to put in a good word for the ownership who took great care of us during our four day stay. I would book here again.

We visited Istanbul with our kids and had an excellent stay. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel’s transfer service was safe, punctual, and very comfortable for our family. But most importantly, we want to give special thanks to Front Desk Manager Yiğit Bey. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help. His assistance truly made our family stay much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for providing such wonderful hospitality.
