The breakfast very expensive. No faceclothes. No cream or milk for coffee was a pain. Easy to get to everything walkable. convenice store at corner big help. Bring your own coffee it horrible here. Canada

The staff were very friendly and accomodating my daughter who was having some kind ofnallergic reaction. New pillows and cover. The free water bottle each day was a nice perk on those hit Korean days. The breakfast was always hot and fresh with lots of options. Used their coin laundry and borrowed an umbrella on a rainy day.

My long stay at Nine Tree Dongdaemun was perfect! Highlights include: -Direct bus to the airport from the entrance of the hotel -Excellent room conditions ans a beautiful view -staff that are very helpful and kind, including the cleaning teams -amenities that helped me relax and recover from long days exploring Seoul -walking distance to tourist fav shops like Olive Young and others near DDP station -and so much more! I will be back! 너무 즐거웠어요! 감사합니다! Bonus: I loved the free coffee, tea and also the water dispensers on all the floors! Very convenient!

I booked a tiny room. I should of read the discription better. It was my fault. However it did the job just fine. Everything else was above expectations.
