No Hot Water for a shower. Broken coffee maker No internet Staff late … for office hours at least 15 to 20 minutes late. Landscaping staff started just after 7 AM. Right outside our bedroom door. Hedging the bushes at 7 AM at a hotel. Seriously Really!!! The party in the back went on past 1AM No staff on sight to mandate quiet hours. Awful experience!!! Seriously no stars

Clean. No amenities . Coffee pot did not have anything to stir the creamer or sugar. Expensive with no frills. Nice location Charged $25 for small pet at check in and there was no mention about it prior to check-in.

The staff was kind and the room was clean. The room was a little stuffy but there was a large fan in the closet to utilize which helped. Bathroom was nice and clean. The grounds around the place were well maintained and we had a beautiful lemon tree outside of our room!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the grounds were really beautiful and well maintained. It’s a very quiet and small place so it was very peaceful and perfect walking distance to downtown. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Room had a beautiful full kitchen. Quiet cute little cottage style rooms that are modernized. Staff was helpful. On a busy road so a little difficult to get in and out of the property at times.

I was very disappointed that the fire pit was out of order and not available to us to use. The room is VERY small and I was hoping to be able to use the outside property. Is there some compensation for this?

The service here was abysmal Front desk seems like they hate customers. I’ve never experienced such INhospitality (cold, rude, cruel) in the hospitality industry. The parking lot was seriously a problem. You’ll spend about 20 minutes just trying to get out and in because it’s so dense and packed. I figured out that if I didn’t back into my space during the day, there would be no chance I could get out. My rental car was damaged by another driver because of how small the parking lot was. Their office did not open until 8 AM and I was waiting outside so that I could check out. When the lady finally came, very late, to open up the office, she literally laughed at me for waiting. I told her that it would be nice if there were any explanations of how to check out if the office was not open and she pointed at the sign that said Office is open from 8 AM to 10 PM. I said there’s nothing on that sign about how to check out if you’re doing so before 8 AM. She laughed at me again. She told me to put my keys in the mailbox, even though that is a federal crime. I missed my flight because there was no one there to help me check out, and instead of kindness, I was treated with cruelty You should have instructions for early checkout and not mock your customers I visit the area every year, and I will never stay in this hotel again. There’s many better options Available with good service and good parking.
