Room was clean and spacious. Convenient laundry facilities. Great location close to shopping and food and transportation. Had a weird experience where the cleaning staff took our public transportation card from inside our room, and brought it to lost and found. Our bath robes were also removed but not replaced

Stayed here twice now. Very clean and spacious room (for Korea). The bed is surprisingly comfortable compared to other places in Korea. Great city view from room. The staff are friendly, however, English is not well understood by all. The location is perfect and is walkable everywhere: Jagalchi Fish Market is around the corner; Lotte mall is within 5 mins walk, BIFF is across the street, etc. Only complaint is the breakfast. Small selections for 15,000 KW per person. The issue for me is that it's in the lobby so very ackward to eat there. Maybe they can put a partition to give it a more private feel.

Identifiable vegan breakfast options, but very few prepared on a daily basis considering the actual vegan options on their menu. Buffet for others very well stocked. There was at least one vegan protein item available.

This is a good value, centrally located hotel in Busan, with easy access to the different areas of the city. Immediately located by BIFF Square (shopping, restaurants and street food), and Jagalchi fish market. Plus 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a taxi stand very nearby. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-kept. Our room on the 13th floor was on the small side, but it was comfortable. There is very limited storage space (3 coat hangers, rather than a full wardrobe), so I would not recommend the hotel for a very long stay, but for a couple of nights it was fine. The breakfast was varied, with western and Korean dishes. Although it was busy each time we went. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to first time visitors to Busan, and those staying for a short trip.

The breakfast that was included with the room was great and had a lot of.choices. There is a convenient room on-site. Clean hotel room and excellent location.

Only thing was the bathroom door would get stuck a lot and it would be super loud to get back on track

Very comfortable room & bed. Not too big, but it was very good for 2 persons. Lots of places to eat & shop nearby. Staff was very friendly & they even gave us a complimentary late check out. Very happy & pleased with this stay!

Pleased to be upgraded, with our room giving views of the tower. Liked having 2 comfortable seats plus coffee table. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Location excellent, near many restaurants and major bus routes. Breakfast had good variety, however seating was overcrowded especially when groups present. Self serve laundry now available with 2 washers & dryers (reasonable cost).
