A lovely hotel with friendly & professional staff.
Room was comfortable and clean.
The shuttle bus was great but if travelling outside of its schedule, location was distant from transport and dining options.

Free shuttle bus from Kanazawa station. Met getting off the shuttle by polite reception staff who took our luggage for us. Check in was seamless. Hotel is modern, clean, quiet, respectful and our room was spacious.
Free laundry room with liquid detergent.
Breakfast buffet was excellent quality with Japanese and Western choices.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastisk The room was spotless, the staff is world class. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a relaxing ambiance. The shuttle to and from the train station works very well and is very reliable. After hours the hotel can arrange a taxi. I recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Kanazawa

A newly built hotel just a few minutes by car from the centre (with a complementary and regular shuttle to the station). Excellent and spacious rooms, very welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, wonderful onsen facility and very wide and good choice for breakfast. Good value and lovely design. Highly recommend. Does not have in house lunch/dinner restaurant but plenty in town and some local ones nearby.

Excellent all round. The staff were amazing from start to finish, very good English as well with made our stay as foreigners easier. Shuttle bus to and from Kanazawa train station made arrival and departure hassle free. Breakfast offered a large range of options of both Japanese and continental food. Perfection.
