Не пийте воду з бутилок яка в номері, та не користутесь засобами гігієни ( зубна щітка, паста і т.п). Дуже шумний кондиціонер. А в загальному отель хороший та чистий

Location, desk staff is always great! Property is clean. Three guests were staying only robes for two, and slippers for two. Elevators are sometimes a wait, but overall this hotel is very good

Some days house keeping missed cleanup. Since April stayed 4 times including 17 days stay in the property never offered Wine bottle.

Nice clean room, great location and good value. Stayed here for a conference in Soho and had no complaints. Great rooftop bar with amazing view. Would stay here again.

Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. We landed at 5am in NYC and we had tried to communicate our arrival plans and request either a paid early check in or for them to please keep us in the loop if the room was ready sooner, and my only complaint is they seemed a little dismissive the few times we mentioned it. We did not check into our room any earlier than 3. Other than that, it was a great hotel located in a very ideal location.
