All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!

A little expensive, but probably the best choice for Penghu. Staff were awesome and helped get several flowers for the room. Water view is worth every additional penny.

For an international hotel, the food was not accommodating to guests with restrictions. Many dishes were made with pork and it was insulting to have to explain. Language barrier was a problem as well. Breakfast buffet did not provide for the western traveller. The cost of traveling solo to order solo dishes in the Chinese restaurant was also a disappointment. Most meals were family style. Educating the staff of religious and dietary restrictions might be a good idea. I did not eat the last night because I could find anything suitable and it was a pain to have to explain again. The staff was courteous and friendly and tried to be helpful. Maybe a section in the menu Of standard items that’s reasonable might be looked at. I know of another family that had difficulty. French fried potatoes should stay vegetarian.., DO NOT PUT BACON IN TBE OIL. How about a veg egg omelet bar free of pork!! Fried rice and fried fish!! Thank you! I hope this was helpful.

This was our first visit to the Penghu Islands and we were very pleased with all aspects of our time on the island. The hotel has amazing facilities and perhaps the best breakfast of our two weeks in Taiwan. English is a little challenging since they get few visitors who speak English. Restaurant prices are much lower than throughout Taiwan but the quality was also somewhat less. We probably should of had all of our meals at the hotel. Price/ value of the Four Points is the best

In accordance with the Environmental Protection Administration’s announcement on the "Restricted Uses and Implementation Methods of Single-Use Hotel Amenities," the hotel no longer provides single-use (disposable) personal hygiene items—including combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shower caps—starting from 2024.

The following amenities remain available in the guest rooms: towels, bath towels, slippers, bottled 2-in-1 shampoo & body wash, bottled hair conditioner, bottled body lotion, and bottled hand soap.

Please note that our 5th-floor outdoor facilities (infinity pool, hot & cold plunge pools, and lounge area) will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance from November 23 to November 29, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
