I mistakenly booked this hotel for a Thursday instead of the Friday I needed. I caught my mistake immediately after hitting purchase. I had inadvertently booked it for that same night. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel to ask if they could please cancel my reservation. Expedia said they would allow it but the hotel denied the claim and charged me the full price. There should be an option to fix an error within minutes of making it. Its insane that I was charged over $220 for a mistake I immediately tried to rectify.

Hampton inn is always reliable. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, breakfast had something for everyone. easy access to side parking, close to both colleges and shops. the only thing i wish it had was a laundry facility.
