We encourage you to bring your own reusable toiletries. If needed, these items are available for purchase at the 1F front desk during your stay. Upgraded Water Service: Water dispensers with multi-stage filters, offering both sparkling and chilled water, are available on every guest floor for your convenience.

【ALFA Fitness Club Regulations & Maintenance】

Safety Age Limit: For health and safety reasons, guests under 16 years old are not permitted to use the sauna and gym facilities.

Weekly Cleaning: The men's and women's saunas are closed every Monday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM for cleaning and maintenance (except the first Monday of the month).

Monthly Maintenance: The entire club (including the fitness center, multi-functional group exercise room, saunas, indoor heated pool, and massage facilities) is closed all day on the first Monday of each month. Actual schedules are subject to on-site club announcements.

2026 Annual Pool Maintenance: Scheduled from Nov. 30 to Dec. 4, 2026. On Nov. 30 (Mon), the entire club will be closed. From Dec. 1 to Dec. 4, only the pool will be closed while other facilities operate normally. The pool will reopen on Dec. 5 (Sat). (Note: The regular Dec. 7 maintenance is rescheduled to Nov. 30).
