We had a wonderful day at this property. The room and the view were spectacular. We really enjoyed the weekend brunch, which had an incredible amount of food that was high quality. The staff were incredibly accommodating and they arranged a fantastic visit to the terra-cotta warriors. Highly recommended.

The Staff at Ritz Carlton was always helpful to all our needs; they surpassed my expectations, even those members with little understanding of the language l speak (English,) were always willing to assist us when we needed them. This place is amazing
