The good - large comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious bathrooms with nice showers. Breakfast was included at a very reasonable price. Staff was pleasant and helpful,
The bad - there are only 4 small elevators to serve a 43 floor hotel, meaning that in peak times you are always waiting for an elevator. There is a small area for taxis to stop and drop off guests which was completely filled with parked vehicles on our arrival making it difficult to access the property. Breakfast is very reasonably priced however there is very limited staff working so the wait is long.
We found that the situation with the lack of elevators, parked cars blocking the entrance and the chaotic breakfast buffet made us wish we had booked somewhere more expensive as these were major challenges for us.
