The air conditioning in the room was very weak. As someone who needs a cold room to sleep, it was a very big deal and made it hard to fall asleep.

Great location close to shopping and transport. Room was very warm even with dehumidifier. Smoking room inside foyer was off putting due to no door and smell overpowering.

No too far of a walk from Umeda Station. there is an entry to the underground walk way so you can stay out of the rain/sun. There are MANY restaurant options right next to the hotel as well.

I'm picky with my food, I don't like undercooked meet and runny scrambled eggs, other than that breakfast was decent. Room was decent size I was able to have 2 suitcases inside. Clean room, I like having the option of a full room clean or just changing garbage and towels, or no service. I do with they had one big laundry room, or one on every floor, as well as ice machine.
