Rooms have no mini-frig, and they offer no ice buckets. Painted counter in our room was sticky; not sure if dirty or bad paint. Shower is rubbish. Impossible to manage temp. Esso next door is convenient, but again no way to keep anything cold!

To be honest, I chose this hotel because my usual Heathrow hotel, the Renaissance m, was full. I had no problems at all and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The shower unit was good with a powerful jet.

Awful property - don't confuse this with the other Ibis - the other is far superior. This one is a dump.

The room was basic but clean. Breakfast is not provided. The A/C only works when you're in the room and takes a long time to cool down the space. The front desk was less than helpful. There were no basic amenities provided in the room, such as toiletries or a cup or glass to drink water from.

Very convenient to Heathrow Airport. We were able to walk to a nearby public bus stop that dropped off at the airport. Hotel had an easy check-in / check-out with friendly staff, and the restaurant food was good. Hotel room and amenities met our needs for a one-night stay!

The price was excellent so I was mildly optimistic. Absolutely amazing place to stay. I would definitely stay there again convenience store next to the hotel McDonald’s within walking distance and bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Not to mention it was clean. The staff was friendly. Whole experience was a home run.
