Really enjoyed my stay, we booked one of the top floor rooms with terrace and lounge pool. The room itself is a regular hotel room, comfortable and loved the large shower. However, the huge terrace was the winner. Nothing beats coming back on a hot day to have a soak in your own private plunge pool to cool off! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever seen, maybe it’s a Europe thing but they had everything for breakfast and beyond! Kept us energised and full for hours while we went out to do our touring. I must also commend the staff, absolutely wonderful! I struggle with Spanish so it was lovely that everyone was able to communicate in English, which is a nice reprieve as I’ve spent all day with translator apps during the day. My only two thing that was annoying was the room keys. Those old fashioned swipe cards are always faulting I had to go down to reception around 6 or so times during my four nights to get it fixed as it would keep locking me out. The other is that we had one hour spa included every day of our stay… didn’t find this out until we booked a spa treatment for the last day and they informed us. It should be standard at check in that you’re informed of your inclusions so you are aware and can actually use it. We missed out on that due to no information at check in. Also loved the champagne and chocolates at check in! We absolutely loved our amazing stay, thank you!

Breakfast was excellent offering very good variety of food and beverages to choose from. Location near Rambla, stores and places to visit was perfect.

Great location once Las Ramblus construction is completed. As of May 25, they still have much work to do before Las Ramblas is back to its previously fascinating venues. Hotel rooms are small as our most European hotel rooms. I would consider staying there again.

Tiny room with an odd smell. I stayed alone so I think they gave me an even smaller, undesirable room with no real window.

Ideal location. It's one the center of everything but the street was very quiet Very good value.

The location is the only positive thing about this hotel. The front desk personel is a little lost when it comes to welcoming a customer. Zero amenities available.

Staff were great especially at breakfast and in the lobby when leaving. Frustrating key failed twice. Spa jacuzzi shower going rusty . Floor bat by bathroom mucky looking. Otherwise very enjoyable and breakfast super nice

Highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 Very convenient to all stores/ food/ attractions. Facility is beautiful and staff are all so nice!
