Amazing food and amazing staff

Staff was great. The room was clean and so was the hotel

Valet did a fabulous job communicating that I needed my car at 4am. Very satisfied with the service.

Multiple plumbing issues. Backed up shower drain, backed up sink and toilet that flushed continually on fist use. Staff were quick to resolve the issues, however, this is not what anyone would expect from the brand or for the price. $30 “destination fee” was a way to extract more money with zero benefit.

Bathrooms not as clean. Carpet torn, hair in bathrooms. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathtub was patched up. Lobby was nice clean, friendly staff.

Nice location. Parking is too expensive!

They stay at the Westin was very nice. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable, rooms well-appointed and comfortable. We will stay again in the future.

There needs to be more attention to detail. We had to switch rooms 3 times first room no AC, second room TV wasn’t functioning, third room finally fully functioning but still just like the other rooms…. Very dusty and there were ants…staff is great but hotel owners and higher up management really need to either hire more people or change the way they’re doing things.

I returned to this hotel for my annual trip, having stayed here several times in the past and always remembering it as a quality property. The staff remained friendly, professional, and accommodating, and the property itself continues to have many positive qualities. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below the standard I had come to expect. The king room I reserved was noticeably disappointing. Upon arrival, the bedding appeared less than clean, which immediately raised concerns about the room’s upkeep. Additionally, the television service was not functioning because the cables had been disconnected. While I was able to resolve the issue myself, guests should not have to troubleshoot basic room amenities during their stay. The most significant letdown was the bathroom. It felt outdated, worn, and in need of renovation, detracting from the overall comfort and quality of the room. Not The condition of the bathroom made the accommodations feel far below what I remembered from previous visits. What makes this especially disappointing is that I have genuinely enjoyed staying here in the past. Based on those experiences, I arrived expecting the same level of quality and attention to detail. Sadly, this stay did not deliver that experience and has left me considering other lodging options for future visits. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as this property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience than what I encountered during this stay.

It was dusty dirty and the mirrors were bad and the tub had hairs from previous guest
