The front desk staffs, cleaning crew, restaurant servers were all well-trained and Treating every guest nicely - warm welcomes, attentive care, and respectful goodbyes. We enjoyed our stay and will come back if we visit Alishan again.

the best choice in alishan, location is good, food is incredible. suggest stay for 2 nights at least .

Location was wonderful for hiking in the park. They have an observation deck for sunsets and arrange shuttles to take you up to the lookout point for sunrise. They also have a free shuttle from the bus/train station

雙人房房間算得上寬敞，因為是木構建築，隔音效果不是很好。可以欣賞山景，建物依山而建，房間外就是步道。房內還是可以聽到步道遊客交談的聲音。餐廳餐點也很可口，buffet也很好吃，爐烤牛肉很讚軟嫩多汁，住二晚，菜色有略為調整。接駁車車班颇多很方便地點絕佳，廚師廚藝一流。雖然預到雨天天氣不佳，但是一點都不會影響天然森林。

The hotel is so old and smelly, I would rate it as a 1 star. Not even offering body lotion. We paid over $850 a night. It’s total ripoff!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bus shuttle drivers are extremely helpful with customer needs in mind. Best location in the park! Dinner buffet is great, breakfast is so, so. Facilities are aging but ok, given the circumstances. Some cleaning details are needed, but not too bad. Overall, a pleasant staying experience that exceeds my expectations.
