This is such a charming hotel! We were upgraded on arrival to a luxury room which was classically French in style and beautifully presented. It was in a quiet street about 15 minutes walk from the cathedral. We were greeted warmly on arrival and were directed into the rear of the property for the prebooked parking. The only reasons we marked this 4 rather than 5 star was because the breakfast was extremely expensive at €21 per head, and also the shower was not attached so could only be used while sitting in the bath. But we loved our stay and would happily stay again!

Everything was fantastic at this Hotel, from when we arrived and Mustapha provided very helpful information about what to see in Reims, recommendations of where to have supper at a nearby restaurant, etc. The room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was always delicious and plentiful, it is a great place to stay and we will return whenever visiting this part of France again. Congratulations to the staff you are fantastic!

This hotel was like being a guest in a wealthy home. Nicely decorated, very comfortable The man at the desk who doubled as our bartender was helpful and pleasant. Don't judge by the outside appearance, I would recommend to anyone traveling in Reims

The Front Desk staff was amazing! Max, Alex, and Hussein were welcoming, knowledgeable as if there was no question too ridiculous. The breakfast at first glance appeared on smaller side- but everything was filling and tasty. Meeting Jessica in breakfast room was great way to start morning……She was very cheery and hospitable.

We were in room 11 and the bath/shower is the wrong way round so that you cannot 'hook' the shower head to anything on a wall so you have to stand in the bath and spray yourself which is very silly. Also, when you are a guest, I object to having to pay fpor parking but I recognise that that is France..........................................................!!

Lovely room, lovely staff and an excellent position. We always pass through Reims on our way to somewhere else, but would be happy to stay here for a few days and explore the area properly.
