Wonderful stay!!

Must stay in the old section of the E&O, so you can use their facilities

The staff was wonderful and so accommodating! We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the infinity pool!

The hotel is clean, good location and helpful staffs. Particularly the staffs in the breakfast area and cleaning room.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Standout lady was Kha Mun, efficient and remembered details about us ( hopefully because we were nice! ), fun and so professional. Room in the heritage wing was great, spacious and old style which we prefer to modern rooms which lack character. Bottled water provided daily, complimentary mini bar and wine on arrival. Loved the daily offerings of canapés and a drink between 6pm and 7pm. Such lovely tasty nibbles and we looked forward to it each day. Pool was quiet and well maintained with comfortable sun loungers and iced water on offer. Breakfast was a gentle start to the day, no mobile phone conversations allowed which was fab as some people just talk so loudly and interrupt the ambience. Lovely coffee. Attentive staff. Exemplary. A great hotel.

Breakfast buffet is excellent

There are two wings that are separate hotels with the same name . You may want to choose the old one. No changing room in the other one. However nice swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor and professional staff

Beautiful hotel,clean spotless rooms,everything you need at breakfast and a great location. Our 3rd visit to the hotel and certainly won't be the last.

We had a very pleasant stay at this historical hotel.

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, great pool and amazing breakfast. What was lacking was the ability of the front desk staff to provide good restaurant suggestions. There should be a list that the hotel provides with suggestions. I would definitely recommend the Eastern and Oriental Hotel and would stay there again.
