Great location, friendly staff. Property is not very well maintained and dirty.

The property is almost in the center of the strip. Great location. The parking is below the rooms, easy access and when checking out on last day the parking is good all day. The property is a bit dated but very large and comfortable rooms. Good value. Will return when I visit Las Vegas.

Terrible Check-In Experience and Shocking Customer Service I had an absolutely unacceptable experience checking into this hotel. We arrived around 3:00 PM, but our room wasn't ready, so we were told to return after 4:00 PM. We came back at 4:10 PM, only to find the room was still unavailable. Instead of apologizing, the front desk agent dismissively told us to just leave our bags and go sightseeing. We desperately needed to rest, but the hotel unilaterally forced this upon us. Worse, the agent refused to give any estimate of when the room would be ready, irresponsibly claiming they "only handle check-ins." When I raised an issue about this complete lack of service, they actually called security and told us, "If you are uncomfortable, just go to another hotel." Even the security guard seemed embarrassed after hearing the situation and asked the agent for a completion time, but the agent kept repeating that they didn't know. After I strictly demanded to speak with someone knowledgeable, they finally assigned us a different room. The lack of professionalism and hostile attitude were appalling. Telling a guest to leave just because the hotel failed to prepare a room on time is utterly ridiculous. Strong avoid.

Fully stocked kitchen, clean comfortable accommodations.

The staff were amazing. The location have access to everything you need because its on the center of the strip. We have a great time staying here.

The suites are completely run down. The couches are old and dirty. The carpet looked filthy and had burn marks. The plates had left over crustiness on it. The bathtub needs to be refinished. The suite is large but that's it.

Clean, family friendly and close to everything.

Room was in really bad shape and needs updating. Carpet ripped with holes in it everywhere. Sofas cushions don’t match and sit too low to be comfortable on that couch. Size of room was good tho. Great view of bellagio fountains. Never heard of having to strip our own beds in a hotel before??? Concierge guy was fantastic. Liked that this connected to the cosmo and we could use their pool. Location was good.

Great location. I just wish the view of the room would be part of the reservation process.
