Breakfast is not included in every stay and the $18.99 per person Buffett didn’t seem worth it. Spent 5 days and 4 nights and the room was never “cleaned” (trash not taken out, no clean towels, etc. We were also never asked at check in if we needed/wanted to have the room serviced). Shower did not drain properly. Had to have the remote changed out as it was dead as well as needing to have the air conditioner serviced after our first night after it banged all night with no option to turn off the fan. The one positive was that when I asked to have something fixed, it was taken care of very quickly.

Property was in a great locations we felt safe. We did run out of toilet paper and called down for more and they never brought it. We had to go ask at the desk 4 hours later. Overall I would stay there again. Clean and nice!

My stay was marred by the fact that when I went to go shower there was no water. It was eventually turned on, but I had to leave and had no time to shower. There was also little water pressure in the sink. I felt very little empathy from the staff. I should have been compensated.

酒店床头周围很多充电设施，床上用品舒适，但枕头太软了。冷气机很嘈，房內灯光太少了，就只有床头柜灯，总体不错，感觉舒服

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed. The only problem was getting my finger punched from behind the shower head when I adjusted it. There are no complaints at all. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows are too soft. This is the problme in most hotels. Because it's right near a freeway, you do hear a lot of noise. I used silicon ear plugs and that worked well to drown out the noise. The hotel's interior is very lively compared to when I went there 10 to 13 years ago.

It was a great atmosphere, extremely comfortable beds, friendly staff, beautiful, cool and William was an excellent host.
