Pool was closed and no treadmill in exercise room. Had to call multiple times to get shuttle pick up. Drop off went smoothly, and that was way more important. Room was clean and comfortable

Absolutely love this place. The grounds are beautifully mature, the parking lot conveniently wraps around the property, 3 floors with elevators and stairs always a short walk, 24 hr front desk with snack room, staff is friendly and helpful, and the spinach paneer at Lemon and Lime is the best I’ve ever had.

I usually stay at the Aloft or the Hyatt, but this is just as accessible and quite a bit cheaper. The shuttle leaves on call, so you’re not waiting for it
