Really nice place

We come here multiple times a year and are never disappointed! From the valet to the check in, to the housekeepers and bartenders… everyone is great!

Great stay with plenty to do for the kiddos and the helpfulness of the staff was what made our stay so great.

Pools are great for young kids and walking distance from the beach

The resort was right on the beach. Our room had a private balcony that faced the ocean so it was great. The resort has tons of resturaunts, well setup. The two waterslides in the pool was the main hangout with alot of traffic. Our kids had a great time & we were able to get some R&R while watching the kids play. With the pool being 3 to 4 feet deep it was perfect size & depth for letting kids swim & play at an eyes view. Very well setup! The pool bar & lounge was fantastic we had lunch at the pool and never had to stop the fun. The resort is a little older they have updated it well. But for a beachy resort it was loads of fun. Walking distance from the Pier & lots of food & shops. Very happy with our stay.

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. I paid for an ocean view in a 2 queen bed suite with a living room. I liked the room, but the sliding doors were very hard to move. Also, the view could’ve been better. We were on the 4th floor and the closest to the elevator. I paid extra for an ocean view and I wasn’t too happy with the view.

Have had better stays here in the past. This was a trip for my birthday and there were some disappointments. I am only a Silver member but we don’t really see any perks at this property with that status. Front desk manager when we checked in was very nice( forgot his name but he deserves mention). For the most part the staff is very nice here. Randy at the pool bar is great! He provides great customer service, he remembers my drink order(my husband loves his drinks as well and he’s hard to please ) and is definitely a highlight when we stay, especially since we use the pool so much. - no shower gel at start of trip. - requested an additional towel( we were party of 4 with 2 kids and 2 adults and only provided three towels) and extra cups and were told they were on the way the first night and they never came. My husband and I shared a coffee cup the next morning and had to request again. Then was asked twice how many towels and cups- I stated one towel and three cups ( both times) and was brought 3 towels and two cups. - valet is only option and 55$ a day with no room for negotiation. We don’t utilize in and out services. They have day rate for only 30$ a day but don’t apply to guests - you have to use their bellhop service. They are nice but then require tip - our shower curtain had some brown “stuff” on it. tub is chipping and peeling and the closet tiles have rust or something on them -trash can small

We chose this hotel largely because of the waterslide, so it was disappointing that it closes just one hour after check-in. Since we arrived around 4 PM, we weren't able to use it on our first day. The following day we were away at a beach volleyball tournament from 9 AM to 4PM, so we missed the operating hours again. If the waterslide is a major draw for guests, extending the hours a bit would make it much more accessible. We also found the complimentary beach equipment to be below expectations. The beach umbrella lacked the screw tip needed to secure it properly in the sand, the boogie boards were broken, and the beach chairs were rusty and difficult to open. The complimentary drink ticket was a nice touch, but it came with time restrictions that weren't explained at check-in or noted on the ticket. When we asked about it at the rooftop bar, the bartender's response felt more dismissive than helpful. Parking was another downside. At $55 per day, valet-only parking felt expensive (there isn't a self-parking option). Having to rely on valet every time we needed the car made us think twice about coming and going, which wasn't ideal since we ended up driving to several nearby destinations during our stay. Overall, the beachfront location is excellent and definitely the hotel's biggest strength. However, because we found ourselves driving to multiple places anyway, it was difficult to justify the significantly higher price compared with other nearby hotels.
