Beautiful facade and beautiful staircase, this must’ve been a stunning hotel back in the day. It’s still offers a cheap night’s accommodation right in the heart of Manchester so I was happy.

There was a very strong smell of "green-leaves" on the whole floor where I was staying for all evening and morning. Rooms are outdated, but you can't really complain for the price you're paying.

In the city centre, so accessible and walkable to transit , restaurants and a Sainsbury right across the road. Unfortunate there was a heat wave and there was no AC so was uncomfortable trying to get some sleep , older building so you can hear lots of footsteps and talking in the hallway, otherwise its good enough for a one night stay.
