The TV in our room did not work, kind of annoying.

Nice & clean room.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Having an open restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner would have been nice.

For the price we paid the hotel is getting pretty dated and could use some upgrades. Bathrooms. Very old. Showers don’t stay at desired temperature and have to watch closely or you can get burnt. Staff is friendly

The room was clean. The toilet broke the next morning but we could flush manually by reaching into the tank. Things were a bit dated but clean enough and has had some upkeep. Some other things seemed old and dated or not maintained well like the toilet and AC unit was a little rough. Otherwise it was a more affordable option for downtown Calgary. The hot breakfast was good but super busy so it was hard for them to keep up with the dishes.

The facility was clean. The pool was nice but the hot tub was small. Breakfast was good too

A very nice hotel , lovely staff , nice pool , reasonable breakfast , but you need to control the drug addicts that are close by and think that that is their home .

What a disaster! I called well ahead of time to request a room on the top floor away from elevators, as my husband has health issues. The person on the phone said no problem at all - then proceeded to start to hang up. I asked him if he wanted my name, and he said no - that it would be no problem on check-in. No other hotel on our trip had done that. Sure enough, when we arrived, we were put in a room on the 2nd floor. Outside our window was a 6 lane road, so we had noise all night. I explained the situation to the staff, who said there was nothing they could do, as they were fully booked. The room was very dated, the bathroom very small, and had a weird layout. The bed was comfortable. They did call from the front desk eventually and said they had a room with one queen bed available, but we couldn't take it as my husband sleep with a machine. It would have been on the other side, which has train tracks, so it probably wouldn't have been any better. Breakfast was in a small area off the pub downstairs and was set up in such a way that you had to reach over people, wait for people in other food lines, so by the time we ate it was cold. Terribly organized. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and will not stay there again. Very disappointed for the money we spent.
